The Legal, RIM and IT Triad: Key Success Factors in Cloud Computing

On September 20th, Rimon’s John Isaza will be giving a presentation about cloud computing in New York. The relationships between legal, records and information management (RIM) and IT are key to a legally defensible electronic records management (ERM) program, particularly when it comes to management of information in the Cloud. In this session Isaza will explain how to identify success factors in that relationship for effective ERM in the document intensive construction industry. He will also explain key cloud storage and ERM issues, requirements, and considerations. The knowledge of legal ERM issues and requirements are essential to collaborate effectively with IT and other key stakeholders.
