Rimon Advises on the Sale of the Stollwerck to Panattoni

Rimon Falkenfort advised a group of investors on the sale of a 70,000 m² logistic area located in Cologne, Germany. The property was acquired by Panattoni, and the Panattoni Campus Cologne East will be built on the site in two construction phases until 2027.

The property has a long-rooted tradition and for more than a century, it was the former headquarters and manufacturing site of the chocolate manufacturer Stollwerck. It was also used as a film set for the Cologne “Tatort”.

Rimon Falkenfort regularly advises on complex real estate transactions. Rimon Falkenfort Partners Stephan Krampe (lead), Dr. Felix Schäfer (Real Estate) and Oliver Otto (Finance) advised on the transaction. Hackenberg & Co. GmbH, Königstein, managed the transaction as part of an exclusive sales mandate and accompanied the process through to closing.
