Rimon Falkenfort Attorney Co-Authors New Commentary on the Disclosure Regulation

We are pleased to announce that our Partner Prof. Dr. Bernd Geier, together with Prof. Dr. Katharina Hombach and Inga Elise Meringdal (both Goethe University Frankfurt am Main) co-authored the new commentary by Glander/Jesch/ Lühmann/Kropf (eds) on the Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) published by C.H. Beck Verlag.

The Disclosure Regulation is a core element of the EU’s new sustainability law with a focus on the financial industry. The subject of the regulation is product and company-related disclosure obligations in the distribution of financial products.
