Republic of Turkey defeats $38 million claim filed by foreign investor in international arbitration case

Congratulations to our client, The Republic of Turkey, in defeating a $38 million bilateral investment treaty claim filed by a foreign investor. Rimon Partner Akin Alcitepe represented the Republic of Turkey in the arbitration.
