Whether you’re ready to sell your business or looking to raise capital, the due diligence process is going to play a major role in the success of the transaction. Join us for an interactive discussion where our panelists will discuss their proven strategies in preparing firms for the due diligence process, including how to make a great first impression, what to expect from the due diligence process itself, and advice on best practices. The program is relevant to founders, entrepreneurs, investors and emerging companies. Attendees will receive an electronic copy of our white paper “Preparing for Due Diligence: A Practice Guide for Founders”, which was authored by our panelists.
