Global law firm Rimon PC welcomes Cannabis and Litigation attorney David Choi to its California office

Rimon is pleased to welcome David Y. Choi,  a leading Cannabis and Litigation attorney who regularly serves as an outside general counsel to clients, as a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.

Mr. Choi joins Rimon from Goldberg Segalla where he was Partner and Chair of the Cannabis and Hemp Law Practice.

Mr. Choi devotes a substantial portion of his practice to serving clients in the cannabis industry. He represents investors and businesses operating along and aside the distribution chain including cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of cannabis and cannabis goods, and ancillary businesses such as suppliers of commercial hydroponics equipment.

As a litigator, Mr. Choi is known for his aggressive advocacy. Mr. Choi has represented clients in a myriad of disputes involving real estate, securities and investments, partnership disputes, intellectual property and other business-related transactions.

Mr. Choi graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (LL.M. Taxation with distinction), Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (J.D.) and University of California, Los Angeles (B.A.)
