Global law firm Rimon PC adds Michael Lazaroff as Litigation Partner in New York

New York, NY – Rimon is pleased to welcome experienced trial litigator Michael Lazaroff, who focuses on complex commercial litigation and international litigation, as a partner in its New York office.

Mr. Lazaroff joins Rimon from Reed Smith LLP, where he was a Partner. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Greenberg Traurig LLP.

Mr. Lazaroff is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer with over two decades of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration representing both defendants and plaintiffs. His experience includes international litigation and arbitration, multidistrict actions, class actions, partnership disputes, antitrust litigation and counseling, copyright litigation, complex contract disputes, and pharmaceutical litigation.

Many of the disputes in which he has represented clients have involved cross border or international litigation issues relating to European, Latin American, Asian, African, and Middle Eastern countries. He has represented clients in numerous industries, including the beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, mining, financial services, waste management, securities, and transportation industries.

Mr. Lazaroff has co-authored amicus briefs on behalf of national Jewish organizations on issues related to religious freedom in various courts including the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Lazaroff graduated from Stanford Law School (J.D.) and Harvard University (A.B., magna cum laude).
