Rimon adds litigation practice in Frankfurt with experienced Partner Stephan Kleemann

Frankfurt, Germany – Rimon continues to grow with the addition of Stephan Kleemann who will lead the Litigaton and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice in the Frankfurt office. 

Mr. Kleemann joins the firm from Schmitz & Partner Rechtsanwälte, where he was Partner. 

Stephan Kleemann has more than 25 years of professional experience in litigation and internal investigations. He advises German and international clients in complex legal proceedings and disputes. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, post M&A disputes, directors and officers liability issues, and capital markets liability litigation.  

Mr. Kleemann comes to Rimon with long-standing financial powerhouse clients including Deutsche Telekom, which he represents, inter alia, in an investor class action that has been ongoing since 2001. He also represents numerous financial institutions and banks.

Mr. Kleemann graduated from University of Arizona (LL.M in International Trade Law), Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Second State Exam, Germany) and University of Göttingen (First State Exam, Germany).
