Events November 11, 2014
Presentation by Rimon, P.C. Partner, John Isaza
The Supreme Court is expected to approve a proposed set of revisions to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), which would go into effect by December of 2015. Are you ready for those changes? In this program, renowned Information Governance, Records and Legal Holds expert, John Isaza, will walk the audience through the most significant proposed changes to the FRCP. During this discussion, Mr. Isaza will address proposed changes affecting advanced early case management, newly imposed duties on lawyers towards “speedy justice,” discovery proportionality, and changes related to ESI preservation and sanctions for spoliation. Mr. Isaza will conclude by weaving the proposed changes into practical information governance and records management practices necessary to be ready by the time the revised FRCP changes are in place.
