In his previous book, “Presidencies Derailed: Why University Leaders Fail and How To Prevent It,” Rimon’s Stephen Joel Trachtenberg, along with Gerald B. Kauvar and E. Grady Bogue, analyzed unsuccessful college presidencies for guidance toward more effective leadership.
