Rimon IP Partner, Mark Lee, and associate, Kendra Orr, represent Nirvana L.L.C. in a lawsuit filed against Marc Jacobs International and certain retailers in the Central District of California alleging copyright infringement, violations of the Lanham Act, trademark infringement, and unfair competition in connection with Defendants’ creation, advertising, and sale of merchandise bearing a design that is confusingly similar to Nirvana’s copyrighted image and mark.
