Rimon Law represented home and business advanced networking leader Pakedge Device & Software, Inc in its $32.7 million purchase by residential and commercial smart home solutions, Control4 Corporation.

The Hayward, CA-based Pakedge Device is a leader in advanced networking products and cloud network-management services for both wireless and wired networking solutions for the connected home and business. Control4 develops smart home automation systems to control lighting entertainment, security, energy and other connected devices.
