Records and Information Governance Mock Trial

This mock trial will explore discovery in detail as dictated by the revised Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The session will treat the audience to testimony demonstrations based on recent trials in which records management (or lack thereof) played a key role in the outcome. Members of the audience will be used to volunteer for these roles, and the testimony will be based on a mock scenario with real world antecedents.  The jury will be selected from attendees. After, there will be a discussion as to the thought processes used to reach the decision and what you learn may change how you execute your records and information governance program.
