New Intellectual Property Partner Patrick Kuehl Opens New Rimon Law Office in Kansas City

Rimon Law welcomes Patrick Kuehl Jr. as a Partner to its Litigation and  Intellectual Property (IP) teams. Mr. Kuehl will be opening Rimon’s Kansas City office.

Mr. Kuehl joins Rimon from Husch Blackwell, where he was a Partner.

Mr. Kuehl primarily litigates intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts.  He also represents clients in Inter Partes Review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and in trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Keuhl counsels companies in the areas of Internet domain name disputes and software litigation. In his business litigation practice, he represents clients in the areas of breach of contract, false advertising, unfair competition, business disparagement, defamation, right of publicity and fraud.

Mr. Kuehl will be joining an experienced IP team of 18 Partners, including recent additions Matt Poppe, Zheng Liu, Gabriel Gregg, Peng Chen, and Max Waldbaum. The IP team works closely with the Corporate, Tax, Private Client, and Litigation teams to ensure that Rimon’s clients benefit from full-spectrum representation. With Rimon’s decentralized business model, Mr. Kuehl can customize his practice to fit the specific needs of each of his clients.

Mr. Kuehl earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame School of Law and a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Iowa.
