Global law firm Rimon PC adds securities and capital markets attorney to Washington D.C. office

Washington D.C. – Rimon is pleased to welcome securities and capital markets Associate Juan Grana to its Washington D.C. office.

Mr. Grana joins Rimon from Latham & Watkins LLP, where he was an Associate.

Mr. Grana has experience in debt and equity capital markets both U.S. and with foreign issuers. He advises on capital markets transactions, including private placements, Rule 144A transactions and public offerings. He also provides advice on SEC-compliance matters. Mr. Grana has advised several North American and foreign companies on their IPOs.

Mr. Grana has impressive global experience, having spent time at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in London, where he focused on capital markets and U.S. securities law matters, advising companies in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as at Latham & Watkins LLP in the United States, where he advised North American companies.

Mr. Grana graduated from Harvard Law School (J.D.), University of Cambridge (MPhil, International Relations and Politics), and Columbia University (B.A., Political Science, summa cum laude).
