This panel will discuss the trends that are happening now as well as the risks and practical implications of managing that risk. We will be joined by Yaacov Silberman, the general counsel and co-founder of an 80-lawyer firm that is entirely virtual. Yaacov will discuss how he manages policy, risk, and workflow in this environment. Anand Upadhye, Vice President of Business Development at Casetext will discuss the legal technology available in artificial intelligence and legal research.

About the Panelist

Yaacov Silberman is a Founding Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel of Rimon, focusing on the internal operations and infrastructure of the firm, as well as legal compliance matters.
