Rimon’s New Financial Services Partner, Geoffrey Perusse, Featured in The Recorder and Law360

Rimon’s new Financial Services Partner, Geoffrey Perusse, was featured by The Recorder and Law360. Perusse was most recently the chair of VLP Law Group’s private funds and investment management practice. He has joined Rimon’s financial services team as a partner in its San Francisco and Lake Tahoe offices. Perusse said he was particularly attracted to Rimon’s “innovative organizational structure,” which he says will enable him and a team of lawyers to support clients across the country. Perusse represents sponsors and managers of private funds across various asset classes, including real estate, private equity, debt, venture capital and hedge funds, assisting in the structuring, formation and operation of the funds, regulatory and compliance matters and investing activities. Read Geoffrey’s full bio here.
