Rimon is proud to welcome David Lee as a Corporate Partner in its Menlo Park office.  He is the 26th partner to join Rimon in 2020.

Mr. Lee joins Rimon from VLP Law Group, where he was a Partner. He was also previously a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutliff, and at Gunderson Dettmer.

Mr. Lee represents high-growth, venture-backed emerging companies and the investors who fund and support them. “With so many companies seeking all options available to them to weather our current uncertain environment, David brings a depth of experience and a toolbox that will be crucial to our clients’ success.  He is an invaluable resource for our firm,” said Rimon CEO, Michael Moradzadeh.

Mr. Lee’s international experience in public offerings, M&A, joint ventures, and venture capital financings will be a great asset to a fast-growing Corporate group which includes Andrew ReillyXiaowei Ye, and Debbie Klis, who also recently joined Rimon with an international focus.

“I chose to join Rimon because, in addition to offering the benefits of a virtual platform, the firm offers my clients a large, established firm with practice groups that span the globe and cover areas that are critical to clients, such as tax, intellectual property, employment, litigation, and international transactions,” said Mr. Lee.

Mr. Lee earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School where he was on the Stanford Law Review, and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was summa cum laude.

The firm’s Managing Partners were both named ‘Legal Rebels’ by the American Bar Association’s ABA Journal and have spoken on innovations in the practice of law at Harvard and Stanford Law Schools. Rimon and its lawyers have also received numerous awards for excellence, including from Best Lawyers and Chambers & Partners.
