Rimon Law Welcomes Corporate and Technology Attorney Jeffrey Fromm as a Partner in its New York office

Expanding its reach and dynamic skill set, Rimon Law welcomes Corporate and Technology Partner Jeffrey A. Fromm to its New York Office.

Mr. Fromm joins Rimon from VLP Law Group, where he was also a partner.

Mr. Fromm brings over 30 years of corporate and transactional experience to Rimon’s burgeoning Corporate and Technology groups. Mr. Fromm offers a rare blend of business and strategic understanding to his clients, having served as a firm lawyer, general counsel, operating executive, equity investor, entrepreneur, and board member.

Mr. Fromm represents privately held companies at all stages, often collaborating with the executive team as “outside general counsel.” His practice includes equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic licensing transactions, executive employment and compensation arrangements, and corporate governance matters. He also represents venture capital and private equity investors in their acquisition and disposition of portfolio company investments, as well as in fund formation and governance matters.

As part of a broad corporate and transactional practice, Mr. Fromm has substantial experience in four particular areas: education technology companies; global and cross-border transactions; Israeli technology companies, and benefit corporations (“B corps”) and impact investing.

Mr. Fromm earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, his M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and his B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from the State University of New York at Albany.
