Rimon Law Adds International Transactions Attorney, Robert Q. Lee, to its Orlando and Miami Offices

Expanding its team of transactional attorneys, Rimon Law has added Robert Q. Lee, who represents clients in cross-border deals in Asia and Latin America, as a Partner in its newly established Orlando office and Miami, Florida.

Mr. Lee joins Rimon from Foley & Lardner LLP, where he also worked as a Partner.

He represents public, private, and emerging growth companies in corporate and commercial matters, mergers, asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures, reorganizations and roll-ups, business start-ups, securities offerings, indentures, bond issues, corporate governance, private equity and mezzanine financing, securitizations, equipment financing, secured transactions, supplier and distribution agreements, technology licensing, servicing agreements, and franchising.

Mr. Lee has counseled Fortune 500 companies, developers, investment funds and large landowners for multiple commercial real estate matters, and handled all the different stages of the process—negotiation, preparation and revision of real estate purchase/sale agreements and leases for retail and office centers, mixed-use complexes, hotels and resorts, restaurants, multi-unit residential developments, assisted living facilities, municipal properties and industrial parks and warehouses—.

Mr. Lee has prepared and implemented secured loan work for governmental agencies, major banks, and borrowers including the restructuring of loan facilities and complex multi-state commercial loan transactions

Mr. Lee received his J.D. from the University of Wyoming School of Law and his B.A. from George Washington University.

 

He joins Rimon transactional partner Mark Mirkin in Florida and grows Rimon’s China Practice started by Chris Terry.
