Rimon Law Adds Complex Business Litigator, Brian Hafter, to its San Francisco Office

Mr. Hafter’s work includes handling a broad spectrum of complex litigation matters such as employment, intellectual property, securities and real estate disputes. He has represented some of the most well-known financial institutions and Wall Street brokerage firms, e-commerce and technology companies, entrepreneurs, and real estate developers, among other businesses.
Mr. Hafter joins Rimon from LeClair Ryan, where he worked as a Partner.

Mr. Hafter joins Rimon as the firm has been expanding its litigation team. Rimon has recently added two other prominent litigators to its Northern California offices, Jill Penwarden and Phillip Wang.

Mr. Hafter received his J.D. from the American University, Washington College of Law and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
