James Chapman Named US China Investment Attorney of the Year Title by ACQ5 Again

Rimon’s International Corporate and Securities Law Attorney, James Chapman, was nominated US – China investment attorney of the year and US – Clean Tech Attorney of the Year by ACQ5 (Acquisition Finance Magazine). He received the highest number of nominations in both categories.

For almost two decades, Mr. Chapman has been representing Chinese companies and investors doing business in the US and US companies and investors acquiring companies, making investments and entering into joint ventures in China. Mr. Chapman focuses his practice on securities law, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and international business transactions.
