Intel, Others Get Computer Network Patents Axed At PTAB

Rimon IP Partners, Karineh Khachatourian and David Xue, represent Cavium, LLC and are part of a team who appeared before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) challenging the validity of various Alacritech, Inc. computer network patents that were asserted against various technology companies in the Eastern District of Texas. Read the full Law360 article here.

Karineh Khachatourian is a first chair IP litigator and strategist.
