Greer, South Carolina – Rimon is proud to welcome Keith Munson, a former federal and military prosecutor, as a litigation partner.  Mr. Munson lives in Greer, South Carolina and will be based out of the firm’s new South Carolina office.

Mr. Munson joins the firm from Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP where he was a Partner.

Prior to his time in private practice, Mr. Munson served as a military and federal prosecutor for the United States Army 24th Infantry Division (Mechanized). He served as an operational law officer throughout Desert Storm, where he earned the Meritorious Service and Kuwait Liberation Medals.

Mr. Munson has over 30 years of experience as a trial attorney. He defends major public and private corporations in complex litigations involving product/mass tort, commercial, class action, and intellectual property litigation, as well as corporate directors and officers in the telecommunications, power generation, high-yield debt, insurance, and finance sectors in connection with liability and fraud claims. He has litigated cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, construction/advanced materials (including military and aviation), and consumer appliances.

Mr. Munson serves on multiple corporate boards and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, which brings a corporate perspective to his practice.

Mr. Munson joins the firm’s growing  Litigation practice, along with Partners including Jill Haley PernwardenPhillip WangGabriel GreggSteven Aaron and Jonathan Rosen.

Mr. Munson graduated from University of Virginia (J.D.) and Clemson University (B.A., Political Science).
