Global Law Firm Rimon PC Expands Paris Office with Stephanie De Giovanni and Nolwenn Daïrien

Paris – Rimon, PC is pleased to welcome Partner Stephanie De Giovanni and Associate Nolwenn Daïrien to the firm’s recently opened Paris office.

Ms. De Giovanni and Ms. Daïrien join the firm from Simon Associés, where they were Partner and Associate, respectively, in the firm’s Compliance Department.

Ms. De Giovanni is an accomplished international and litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience practicing commercial law and complex commercial litigation. Ms. De Giovanni focuses on international litigation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations in areas including distribution law, contracts and product liability. She also advises clients on compliance, including anti-corruption, export rules, international sanctions, and ethical charters.

Ms. Daïrien also focuses on international distribution law, contract law, product liability and compliance. She assists domestic and international companies in commercial litigation and arbitration and advises clients on compliance policies, including in relation to anti-corruption, economic regulation and international sanctions.

Ms. De Giovanni and Ms. Daïrien will join Partner Olivia Lê Horovitz and Associate Nicolas Simon in the firm’s Paris office. “With significant expertise in compliance and in particular anti-corruption, regulatory issues, defective products and business ethics (including ESG criteria) as well as international distribution law, Stephanie de Giovanni and her supporting Associate, Nolwenn, are great additions to our growing Paris office,” said Ms. Lê Horovitz.

Ms. De Giovanni graduated from Université Paris Sud Paris XI, (DESS / Master 2 in Business Law in Partnership with HEC), The Washington College of Law – American University, Washington DC (L.L.M. in International Business Law) and from Paris X (Bi-Deug and DEJA in Common Law Studies and French Business Law). She is admitted to both the Paris and New York bars.

Ms. Daïrien graduated from University Jean Moulin Lyon III (Master 2, in-depth business law) and EMLYON Business School (MSc in Management – Grande Ecole Program).
