Private Client Tax Attorney Duncan Connelly joins Rimon’s Seattle Office

Mr. Connelly handles tax, estate planning and wealth transfer strategies for individuals and companies. He is responsible for drafting a full range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney.

He also regularly serves as trustee and personal representative on trust and estate administration issues and on non-judicial dispute resolution. His experience includes assisting clients in the formation of limited liability corporations, nonprofit corporations and startup companies, which he frequently continues to advise in corporate structuring, financing and tax issues.

Mr. Connelly has been named by Super Lawyers as a Washington Rising Star in the area of Estate Planning and Probate.

Mr. Connelly received his LL.M. and his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, and his M.S. and his B.S. from Stanford University.
