Mr. Agranov has over 20 years of broad-based corporate law experience, specializing in corporate transactional work, including venture capital, emerging markets, private equity, investment funds, mergers/acquisitions, securities offerings, blue sky, UCC, SEC research, due diligence and contract review, as well as corporate governance and other general corporate and securities matters.
