Christine Gregorak is a business minded, service focused attorney with over 30 years of experience representing clients in sophisticated real estate and commercial business transactions. Christine’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate and business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, joint ventures, entity formation and related corporate work, land use and development matters, title issues, home owner association representation, environmental matters, workouts and restructurings, construction matters, and renewable energy development. Christine is a recognized leader in the real estate legal industry and has served as the Co-Chair of the California Bar Association and California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section Executive Committees.

Christine completed her undergraduate degree at Stanford University and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she recently served as the President of the Board of Governors.

Christine serves on the Board of Directors of Tahoe Freeride, a non-profit organization, where she is a passionate advocate for Lake Tahoe area freeride athletes and families.

  • Office, retail, mixed use, and industrial property owners and tenants in connection with leasing, management, operational, and construction matters.
  • Lending institutions, private lenders, originators, loan purchasers, and borrowers in connection with agency, bridge, construction, mezzanine, permanent, and warehouse financing transactions, loan sale transactions, and workouts.
  • Private equity firms, family offices, and individual investors in connection with the acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition of real property assets and related corporate work.
  • Shopping center developers and investors in connection with acquisitions, development and land use matters, construction, financing, and leasing matters, and related corporate work.
  • Multi-family housing and student housing developers, investors, and operators in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of multi-family and student housing projects, operational matters, and related corporate work.
  • Senior care facility owners and operators in connection with acquisition, development, and leasing matters, and negotiation of management contracts.
  • Homeowner associations and homeowner association managers in connection with association formation and operational matters, CC&R preparation, interpretation, and enforcement, and various real estate matters.
  • Hospitality property developers, investors, owners, and managers in connection with property acquisition, development and construction matters, construction and permanent financing, joint ventures, hotel management contracts, franchise and license agreements, property disposition, and related corporate work.
  • Renewable energy clients in connection with the development of utility and municipal renewable energy projects, land acquisitions and related due diligence, negotiation of power purchase agreements, and acquisition and disposition of power plant assets.
  • Contractors and owners in connection with negotiation of construction contracts, permitting matters, and construction disputes.
  • Served as Corporate Counsel for one of the largest independent tire dealers in the U.S. responsible for the acquisition and development of up to 20 new sites annually throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, California, and Utah.
