Rimon works with the U.S. and foreign clients in both UCC and English law sale of goods transactions, helping our clients to set up and develop supply, distribution and franchise networks in the United States and in foreign markets. Project Finance

Rimon assists project sponsors with project finance transactions in the renewable resources and energy, housing, hospitality and financial institutions sectors, advising on complex multi-jurisdictional secured financing projects. We also work with project sponsors in structuring bankable projects that are eligible for development finance institution (DFI) financing with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), the International Finance Corporation, European DFIs and African Development Bank.

Debt Finance

Rimon assists clients with a wide range of capital markets transactions including asset securitization, corporate bond offerings, derivatives, and commercial loans. We also advise financial institutions on primary and secondary investments in, and dispositions of, performing and non-performing assets, including loans receivables, claims, and securities.

Rimon has a sophisticated funds practice advising, domestically and overseas, on the establishment of real estate, hedge and alternative investment funds, as well as capital raisings, including all corporate and U.S. securities requirements, and also advising sponsors, investment advisers and managers on compliance and regulatory matters.
