Thomson Reuters Practical Law provides attorneys with thousands of expertly maintained how-to guides, templates, checklists, and more across all major practice areas. Ray Garcia, a partner in Rimon Law’s Entertainment Law Practice, recently joined Practical Law’s Advisory Board and assisted in creating Practical Law’s Exclusive Music Recording Agreement form. The result is a form agreement that includes state of the art provisions and commentary aimed to demystify recording agreements for practicing attorneys.
