Yuxuan (Fordia) Bo

Yuxuan (Fordia) Bo practices in the areas of capital markets and cross-border corporate transactions, particularly between Asia and the U.S. She focuses on IPOs on Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange, as well as SEC reporting and compliance. She also advises companies on M&A, joint venture and cross-border commercial transactions.  

Fordia completed her education in both China and the U.S. Originally from Chongqing, she spent seven years in Beijing and graduated from Tsinghua University with degrees from both the School of Law and the School of Economics and Management. She graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law with an LLM and is admitted to the New York Bar.
