Ying Jiang

Ying Jiang is a trilingual, multi-disciplinary intellectual property and corporate counsel with over 10 years of expertise in patent law practice. She holds licenses as a patent practitioner in the U.S. and as an attorney in California. At Rimon, Ms. Jiang collaborates with clients on a diverse array of issues, including intellectual property transfer (licensing and assignment), corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and equity financing.
Before joining Rimon, Ms. Jiang served as an in-house IP attorney for a medical device company in Silicon Valley. There, she specialized in patent and trademark prosecution, freedom to operate opinion letters, infringement analysis, and various corporate matters such as collaborative research agreements, master service agreements, and consulting agreements. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked for a Japanese IP firm for 5 years as a licensed U.S. patent agent in Silicon Valley.
Ms. Jiang lived in Japan for 11 years and obtained both of her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Japan.
