Xiao Tang is an Associate in Rimon’s Private Client group. Ms. Tang focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated trust and estate planning strategies designed to achieve tax efficiency, preserve and protect family wealth, facilitate smooth generational wealth transfers, and promote the continuation of family values across generations.  Drawing on a strong professional background and a thoughtful understanding of each client’s unique goals and circumstances, Ms. Tang develops tailored and value-driven planning solutions that balance long-term stability with flexibility. Her practice includes the creation and implementation of Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILITs), Charitable Remainder Trusts (CRTs), Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRATs), Dynasty Trusts, Family Limited Liability Companies (Family LLCs), Private Foundations, and other advanced estate planning structures.

Ms. Tang and her team have extensive experience advising clients on matters involving federal estate tax, gift tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax, and are well positioned to provide integrated, strategic, and forward-looking tax and legal planning solutions.  Her practice also includes advising trustees, beneficiaries, and executors in all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings and post-death administration matters.
