Vinh Le is an Associate at Rimon’s Palo Alto office. He focuses his practice on solving intellectual property issues for Silicon Valley clients across a range of contexts, including litigation, transactional, IPR, appellate, and commercial matters.

Vinh’s background is diverse, having worked in a wide array of disciplines including patent law, neuroscience, computational modelling. In addition to intellectual property matters, Vinh has been involved in high-stakes pharmaceutical litigation and qui tam litigation, among other things. Prior to law school, Vinh was a Research Scientist at The Department of Biological Structure at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. There, he investigated the neural basis of visual shape representation and recognition.

Vinh earned a J.D. from Emory University with a focus on intellectual property. Vinh also holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Washington with a focus on Cellular and Molecular Biology and Physiology.
