Peter Bert, lic.oec.int., is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Rimon Falkenfort’s Frankfurt office. He represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings and regularly sits as an arbitrator. He advises clients in the pharmaceutical and medical care sector in complex litigation matters and has a focus on disputes in corporate law, cross border litigation and post M&A disputes.  He is a member of the Legislative Committee on Civil Procedure of the German Bar Association.
