Lukian Kobzeff

Lukian Kobzeff focuses his practice on advising startup companies and established businesses operating in emerging industries on various aspects of formation, structuring, operations, governance, and financing.  This includes debt and equity financing, acquisitions (buy and sell side), and entity structuring.  Lukian also leverages his knowledge in economics and finance to provide additional outside general counsel guidance.

Lukian advises clients in emerging markets, consumer packaged goods, technology and software, agriculture, and cannabis.  Lukian also has experience with non-profits, both as counsel and as a director of several non-profit boards.  Lukian utilizes his broad experience to provide valuable advice and insight to his clients, to draft and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts, and to zealously advocate on his clients’ behalf.
