Ms. Glatzel has a history of representing upcoming companies with intellectual property needs. She assists clients with a wide range of of intellectual property issues, including obtaining patents, registering trademarks, representing companies in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, licensing issues, and regaining domain names that infringe on a company’s trademark. Her patent technology expertise includes medical device, chemical, electronic, software, and artificial intelligence. Ms. Glatzel also has experience with resolving intellectual property disputes on e-commerce and social media platforms, including reactivating sellers’ listings taken down due to intellectual property infringement complaints and filing complaints against infringing products on e-commerce platforms.
Ms. Glatzel graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law, San Diego, California, with multiple scholarships, awards, and accolades. Prior to that, Ms. Glatzel received an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. Prior to Rimon, she established an intellectual property law firm, Premium IP Services. She also previously was an engineer for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a major chemical company.
