Katerin Patiño is an Associate in Rimon’s Bogotá office with more than six years of experience in Colombian tax matters. Her practice focuses on tax compliance, tax advisory, and strategic tax planning for multinational companies, private businesses, and individuals. 
 
Ms. Patiño has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including the real sector, telecommunications, infrastructure and concession projects, as well as energy-related businesses. Her experience includes the interpretation and application of Colombian tax regulations, tax compliance obligations, tax planning strategies, the review of tax models, and the management of tax refund procedures. 
 
She also has experience assisting clients during tax audits and proceedings before tax authorities, providing practical and business-oriented solutions aligned with clients’ commercial objectives.
