Hallie Tucker

Hallie’s practice focuses on advising institutional investors, insurance companies, investment funds and non-traditional lenders on a wide range of complex cross-border debt transactions, including syndicated and bilateral private placements, direct lending and other private credit transactions.

Prior to joining Rimon, Hallie trained in the London office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and completed a secondment at a prominent hedge fund.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE

• Represented institutional investors in numerous domestic and cross-border debt private placements (both secured and unsecured).
• Acted for institutional investors in connection with leveraged acquisition transactions.
• Acted for a global asset manager on its cross-border direct lending transactions.
