Guy Charette

Guy Charette is a transaction-oriented corporate finance lawyer in Rimon’s Montreal office. He has over thirty years of experience advising on securities, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Charette develops innovative financial structures designed to match the needs of both issuers and institutional investors and has acted for underwriters on various types of securities offerings. He has advised on corporate finance matters in relation to major projects in Africa, Europe, and South America. His experience covers a broad spectrum of industries including natural resources, life sciences, and technology.
