Dan Goldberg represents emerging growth companies throughout their entire life cycle and venture capital firms at all stages of investment. With more than 20 years of experience, he has guided companies from pre-formation through exit, advising on strategic M&A transactions, IPOs, alternative exit scenarios, and a wide range of financing events—from early-stage SAFE financings to late-stage crossover and secondary transactions involving complex, cross-border structures.
