Chloe Abbott

Chloe is a London based finance lawyer specialising in cross border financings, with a focus on debt private placements and mid-market private credit. Her practice includes advising institutional investors, insurance companies, investment funds and non-traditional lenders on a wide range of complex debt transactions including syndicated, club and bilateral private placements, direct lending and private credit transactions. Prior to joining Rimon, Chloe practiced in the London office of leading law firms including Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Ashurst LLP, and completed a secondment with a prominent private capital provider.
