Carl Volz is a partner in Rimon’s Litigation practice and an experienced, creative litigator skilled in defending claims brought against public and private companies and their officers, directors, and employees. Throughout his nearly 30 years in practice, Carl has developed an in-depth understanding of the challenges involved in building and growing businesses, from start-ups at the cutting edge of technology to mature, well-established companies operating in highly regulated industries. He uses this experience to craft cost-effective and successful strategies to defend his clients and to advise them on building internal systems designed to avoid disputes and conflicts in the first place.
Carl advises founders, start-ups, and their directors, officers, and employees on organizing their companies and developing litigation-resistant systems. He also counsels emerging companies operating in complex and evolving regulatory environments and represents companies of all sizes, along with their directors, officers, and employees, in civil litigation matters and government investigations, including matters involving potential civil or criminal exposure.
