Mr. Hafter has been a commercial litigator in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 29 years. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation matters. His diverse experience includes prosecuting and defending the litigation and arbitration of contract, employment, corporate governance, securities, intellectual property, and real estate disputes.
