Adam helps successful individuals, families and their advisors create advanced income and estate tax planning strategies and achieve tax-efficient transfers of wealth between generations. A dual background in tax and trust litigation allows Adam to understand the importance of family dynamics in estate planning and wealth preservation.
Adam also has extensive experience with inbound and outbound cross-border planning, including tax and estate planning with non-US spouses, gift planning with non-citizen non-residents, and planning for persons currently residing in the U.S. but seeking to leave on a long-term or permanent basis.
Adam received his J.D. from Georgetown Law Center and an LL.M. in Taxation with a certificate in estate planning from Golden Gate University.
