Rimon’s Tax and Estate Planning Partner Filmore E. Rose will be a guest speaker at the Kitsap Estate Planning Professionals Seminar on January 26, 2017.

During the presentation of his topic: “Charitable Contributions of Interests in Real Estate”, Mr. Rose will discuss the different options that charitable organizations have to increase their levels of contributions by soliciting and receiving charitable gifts of real estate. In additional, he will review different options for individuals who are willing to donate some of their real estate and will explain the issues associated with it.
