Rimon’s Robin Powers featured in the Spring 2014 issue of Perspectives Magazine, the American Bar Association’s publication for and about women lawyers

The article, titled “Women Seize Opportunities in Male-Dominated Finance World,” focuses on the top female attorneys practicing in the world of corporate finance, including the recent female heads of the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Ms. Powers, a Rimon Partner in New York, is noted for her work as an attorney and her experience as a management consultant at Solomon Brothers in transactional work for Hedge Funds and other financial institutions. She is quoted on the importance of being able to take a strong stand for a client’s interest. Ms. Powers said: But sometimes, what’s required is a “This is how it needs to be; this is how I’m going to protect my client and this is the bottom line.”
