Rimon client HF Foods Group (Nasdaq: HFFG) has announced it will enter into a definitive agreement to acquire Canadian company Searay Foods and its related entities for approximately $35 million, with an expected closing date in Q3 2026. This transaction is an important milestone for HF Foods Group as it is the company’s first expansion outside of the United States.
