Rimon PC Adds Seasoned Global Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Attorney, Harold S. Nathan In New York City

New York City, NY – Rimon PC is pleased to announce that internationally recognized mergers and acquisitions (M&A), banking & financial services, and corporate & business transactions attorney, Harold S. Nathan has joined the firm as a Partner in its New York City office.

Harold joins Rimon from national law firm Schiff Hardin, where he served as Partner.

Harold brings a wealth of experience in the arenas of acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures, in the United States and abroad, having begun his commercial law practice in Japan and continuing to represent clients across Asia-Pacific.

In South Korea, he notably addressed the notion of “Regulatory Implications for Acquisitions of U.S. Biotech Companies.” In Nigeria and The Gambia, under United Nations (U.N.) auspices, he instructed university students in American-style mergers and acquisition practices.
