Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

The annual selections are made using a multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. Richard Mooney is a partner in Rimon’s litigation group, and he has nearly two decades of experience handling complex domestic and international business disputes. His practice includes a specific emphasis on antitrust and competition matters and transnational disputes. Scott Ross is a partner in Rimon’s Private Client group. He is a Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law as determined by the California Board of Legal Specialization. This designation is held by fewer than 3% of California estate planning attorneys.
